Remember a man who is deligents is on his way to excellence Read today's message on Diligence and be blessed.
It's an incontestable truth that everyone desires to be the head in his or her pursuit because none likes to be termed a failure or a person with a low class result.
This truth comes to light more within the church arena wherein we've been taught to confess what we believe is God's agenda for our lives as enshrined in Scriptures in order to enforce their materialization in our lives in the physical. Resultantly, we have an enormous slew of confessors but a low rate of actors. We are oblivious to the truth that our outcome in the kingdom is determined by what we do, and not merely confess, with God's word.
Obviously, we're yet to come to terms with the veracity of God bringing His promises to bear in our lives in response to our actions in tandem with His laid down conditions to the degree of our alignment.
Contextually, God in His infallible word said in Deuteronomy 28:13 "The Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall be above only and not beneath IF you heed to His commands (conditions)". And then in Proverbs 22:29 God reveals the condition as it reads "Do you see a man who is diligent in his business? He shall sit among kings(leaders in his field), and not among mean men(mediocres)". He further tells in Proverbs 12:24 that "The hand of the diligent will bear rule(leadership); but the lazy man with be put to forced labour".
According to these scriptures, it becomes crystal clear that being on your divine assignment isn't enough to guarantee you excellence and abundance, you have to determine your rating among your contemporaries by the rating of your input in your God-given assignment either in the form of a career, ministry, business, even academics. To further corroboratively drive home this truth, Galatians 6:7 says "Be not deceived, God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, he shall receive". You see, you can't wish excellence and abundance in your pursuits in life, you must be willing to pay the required extra price to be acknowledged as one of the captains in your given field which by redemption is your destiny in Christ if you're a Christian (See Revelation 5:9-10).
Hit Word: Your result is a signal to the quality and quantity of your input in your pursuit.
Referenced Quote: Hard work doesn't kill, it only refines......Bishop David Oyedepo.
Therefore, my charge to you is to refuse being lesser than what you can excellently be in your pursuit by laboriously mopping up and harnessing all the available resources and opportunities within and around you to live your destined life of excellence and abundance
I pray for someone reading this piece that in the mighty name of Jesus, your days of scarcity and mediocrity are over as you begin to make renewed commitment to gear up in your investment in your God-given assignment. You shall excel and live the life of your dreams in tandem with your destiny in Jesus name. Remember, Jesus loves you.
