CECILIA OKEKE born Chinonyelum Cecilia Tamunopriye Okeke is a dynamic and prophetic Minstrel, Gospel Artiste, Song writer, Worship, Leader.

There’s A Shift crooner,  Popularly called The prophetic Minstrel, Cecilia is consumed  with the mission of taking God’s power to the  ends of the earth, a mission she fulfils through her music.

She started singing at 9years and continued to sing just to family friends until the age of 17 when she became born again and began ministering in church as a member of choir and worship leader. 

She started off her gospel music ministry professionally in 2019 after sensing the leading of the Holyghost to do so.

Through  her acclaimed single " THERE'S A SHIFT" she continues to call men/women into higher realms in God and destiny. Other songs by Cecilia Okeke include THE NAME OF JESUS and DIKE N'AGHA .

The first child among four children, she is also a writer, preacher and 1st class graduate of Communications from the Ahmadu Bello university, Zaria. Cecilia also possesses Masters in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
